What could be happened to an Asian boy dating an American girl?
Who will ever think about dating an American girl at the first place? We heard a lot of stories about Asian girls dating white guys, but seldom for the other way round… Indeed, a lot of considerations and difficulties will occur sooner or later…

There is a video at youtube shows tons of reasons why Asians guys hardly get a white girl…there are lots of reasons as well why Asian girls can get a white guy more easier… well, I’m not going to elaborate all the reasons here…

Perhaps it is not a problem at all for an American Asian boy, but it might be a huge different for a boy who is growing from non- English speaking environment and just using English occasionally. Well, how about culture differences or point of views because living experiences are totally different?

Hmm… no doubt that being with a totally different-world-girl can open up our mind in many ways… it is really great experiences hanging out/ dating those girls… and I think it would be unbelievable and unforgettable moments for that. .. What else could be better than with someone at one of the Seven Wonders of the World? =) My roommate told me that he gonna get me a black girl before I going back to Minnesota, I hope he will never do that…hahha

So, what would be happened to an Asian boy dating a white girl? I don’t know the answers and perhaps could have chance for that ;)

纽约的第二天

虽然还有好多事要办，但比我想象中的顺利好多，房东真是个好人，不但帮我整顿这间家，还带我去买了好多东西，而且找到了好多免费货，算算一下到了这儿才花了大约200，比起以前少好多了。。如果不是花了35美金坐德士，可能省更多！

室友也是好好人！她是从texas来的黑人，已经是在工作了，和我一样，现在还是人生地不熟，如果没有她帮忙，不可能在第二天就把这间家整顿的七七八八了。'

虽然这次房间还是一样小，但超幸运用40美金就得到了一张queen saiz床，真后悔当初用了100块买了一张full saiz。。>< 今天如果能找到一张书桌，还有一些小用具，那就大功告成了！

昨晚上忽然停电！整间屋子也暗得像鬼屋！跌跌橦橦的走道发电机弄了老半天还是不行，室友友不再，不知是发生什么事，也不能继续整理，就打电话给ada。。又和steven 谈了一下下，之后又去烦maggie和容容。。maggie还真以为我要去载他们到walmart!哈哈！！

希望赶快完成吧！

一直听说Duluth 是个美丽的城市，虽然离这儿不远，大约4个小时吧，在美国是酱咯，尤其这个地方，无论到那个景点或大城市都要最少3个小时。。去Duluth还蛮临时的，maggie , steven 和台湾来的雨容，在取得前一晚才开始找房间和租车。可以算是有史以来最难找hotel的一次，我们差不多打完所有在duluth的旅馆，竟然只有一间有房间，而且比起平时还蛮贵，原来我们来对时间，第二天是哪儿一年一度的Lake Superior Day, 庆祝全世界最大的淡水湖。。那个哪像湖阿，根本是海嘛！不过是淡水的海，也没有沙滩和美女。。哈哈我们租的车可神气了，车牌是Hawaii.！！好多经过我们车的人都问，你们怎样把车送过海的阿？那两天真觉得我们是从Hawaii 来的！之前因一位朋友而蛮常去 Dairy Queen，所以一路上我都在吃冰，最经典的还是当我们在等10分钟火车时，我为了冰而跑过去了，后面车里的人都有点吓到。。哈哈。。没办法，连名字都有彬（冰）注定和冰淇淋在一起了，还记得婆婆说我开始说话的时候，就一直在说ice cream..-.-“ Lake superior 有一个出名的灯塔，从灯塔往下去真的好美，这个正是2天旅游的好地方，带着平静的心灵回去。。。。一路上我们的台湾美眉听到SHE歌时就禁不止禁就伴唱了，我还录了整整一段的歌！ Duluth完后又要开始工作，老板说每天要做12小时，但这4天只有一天是做满12小时，可能运气好吧，有时还好的可怕。。有两天竟然比平时找放2 个小时，有一天还因为机器故障而白赚4个小时的工资，就说有天提早放工，学校有人打来说再到不见两个月的钱包，之后又要去邮局，还要到银行，要在关门时做完全不是不可能的，我还已经决定找一天提早放工，每次放工后已经是傍晚了。。但不可能的事还是发生了，我不但全部都准时做到，过程还找超顺利的！　运气好到不信！我自认从小到大运气从不在我这里，而且每当好运来临时，倒霉事就会接二连三地发生。。。 Anyway,过的平安就心满意足了！

endless days

without a job, life is too bored and too much time...
but when get a job, especially this job.... now really dont have time to do anything besides fight for the sleeping time.. 无论如何，还是觉得蛮幸运的，工资不错，现在又觉得可以安心得花钱了，不过还是过着穷人的生活。。大部分时间到Macdonald's..够便宜嘛！不然就是其他 dollar menu。。感觉蛮不错的！哈哈

开工的第二天，受伤的伤痕已多了五条，作这分工被纸割上已见怪不怪，手指头的血不管留再多也不想洗了，反正可能五分钟后另一到伤口又会出现。。算算一下，总共不少过20条疤痕吧。。。

最精放工后又打球，虽然有一点累，不过还是蛮充实的！

working! Finally...

Just after came back from Miami, I've been dealing with the house and other stuffs again, especially dealing about house in New York, but anyway, this always been a damn small world, I was chilled with one of my best lad for 4th of July, at MSUM thou, there are fireworks at night by the way, anyway... he told me he was going to quit the job after few days later and I welcomed to take over his place...

well, its off campus job but as you know..if you have some connections, it would be not a bad idea to work illegally... and the shocking news was some of my Viet friends working there as well!!!

Look, my bud is from Ethopia, and MSUM, there are no other ways he can know them who came from Viet and NDSU....so this city is way too small!! everyone knows eveyone...

anyway, after I been to the interview at the factory, the boss told me to start the next day... oh ya, its a paper printing factory called knight priting, basically just print out the elementary books ordered from all over America.
I working at the punching department..ahhh...not that hard job actually, just put the books at the punching machine and take it out while its done, and put them back again.. paid is kinda decent compare to my previous job, so far the highest paid! Its 8!! and I could get bonus if work on Sat.. HOWEVER!! the working time is kinda funny...6am to 4.30pm!!!!

yup..it means i need to wake up 5am everyday, before the sun comes out ( umm...sun came out at 4.45am during summer actually..haha) its kinda sleepy and tired for working 10 hours everyday, and 5 days a week atleast..

I glad to get this job although its kinda insane with the hours..but its the perfect time to get back my money that spent extra for the Florida trip. Hopefully I could earn as much as I can before head to New yORK.

I still remember a special day, 7/11, its friday...and last year this time it was my first time at LA. What freaks me out a little was i got a school from Rowland High, California!!! I think its the school just opposite Serena's house...hahha..small world huh..but I so use to this kind of things already... Since I met back Wan Xin from Wan Kee.. there is not a big world for me...

Its Sunday now, a day for me to relax...but this week I watched a lots of movies at night after work with some friends. A friend who came from Taiwan, Maggie's cousin!
I think we watched more than 8 movies, well..if you think I paid all of it then you wrong...smart people always get advantages from anything possibly.. We got one ticket and watched 2 movies... and most of the movies we watched are dollar movie, means movies are kinda go down before releasing DVD.

Life is so busy after work!!!!

在3个星期的行程中，因为每个人都没做足功课（老师在讲有没有在听，去玩当然也要准备嘛！）变成我要每天都留意哪里有什么好玩，久而久之且找回了学习的精神。。老实说，final之后一直没有学习动机，不是不想，但脑子且一直受不进新的知识。。但现在且变得开始很留意身边的东西，感觉生活又变得好充实！！

OMG..i think 08 is really good year to get married.. right now 5of my cousins are going to marry soon!! One is Perth and others at Puchong...and I saw the news that my cousin at Johor also getting married too! My brother here is getting engage in mid July, in the beginning I was planned to exchange to Korea, and stop at japan for extra few days to attend their wedding since I need to transit at Japan.. but well..

ANYWAY.. hope they all doing great and have a happy marriage!!

p/s: gonna spend some money for wedding present already..lol OMG..wait a MINUTE!!iF they have children after a year..means I will become uncle for few children all of sudden!! Fell so old now.. -.-"

When we were driving up to North, I feel like the time and the sun really become crazier… like yesterday the sun was just going down at 10pm!! I miss the weather in Florida now, kinda like Malaysia… I mean, I am so used to guess the time by using the sun, I trained this few years ago, when I was playing basketball… I can tell when shall I stop playing and get back to Dinner… and I seldom go back home after 7pm… and most of the time was within the range of 10 minutes!!

Anyway, the weather also killing me, it was kinda chill and you can feel the cold already in the summer! Are you kidding me! It’s still summer man!

tips for travelling at Miami

As other trip, MUST ATLEAST plan for everything, everything
Get a GPS if possible, its very easy to get lost in the big cities, we still get lost sometimes even we do have one. Just a typical GPS is good enough; I realize the most expensive GPS doesn’t mean the best one.

Instead of lodging in area that close to Miami Beach, a.k.a south beach, I recommend staying in a city named Ft.Lauderdale. 20 miles away from Miami, but there are a lot of inns and suites along the beach, and the price is affordable. You can just go to the beach by yourself every morning if your friends are always get up 1pm.. Recommend trying out the seafood at the restaurant across the beach, the atmosphere is awesome if you dinning with a glass of majito, and some seafoods, looking at the beach and listening some Jazz.
Spend 30 minutes drive to Miami to look around for a day, esp South Beach. It’s worth to hang out especially by the evening. Miami Ink is one of the attractions in that area. Although it is small, tattoo shop, but you can see a lot of people busying taking pictures (duh.. it is a world-wide famous tattoo shop, just like Manchester United fans have to go Old Trafford one day)
Another place there is a lot of people taking picture are a private bungalow. I’m still finding out who is staying there, but for sure is FAMOUS person!

a night at Kansas City

My dad told me that one of Sekinchan neighbor was coming to Kansas City for working. I should go to visit her, even my grandma said...haha and luckily I did! I didn’t see her for a long long time, we were planning back to Fargo driving over the night, but that day was thunder storm! So we just chill at her brother’s restaurant until everyone get off. It was a BIG Japanese restaurant! One shop for sushi and stuff and another is Terriyaki.. I felt so paiseh all the time! When we arrived there already like 9.30pm, we had been starving for 4 hours after the drive. She was so kind cooked us some fried rice for our stomach while waiting for them..
They brought us to an authentic Hong Kong restaurant about 11 pm. I surprise that restaurant open until 1 am! It was rare especially in America! Most of the restaurants close around 9pm! This restaurant made all of us feel like at home for a sudden! Paiseh moment again when ordering the food… there are so many dishes but we have no idea what to get… suddenly one of my friend said belacan kangkong, we were just kidding but surprisingly they do have that!!!! OMG… the dinner was like Chinese wedding style! First was 咕噜肉，kangkong belancan (gone within 5 minutes!! ) ,麻婆豆腐 ( Hong kong style I guess but I think mine is better lol) 扣肉, salt fish with eggplant, fried squid, fried ikan bilis (MUST TRY!! The anchovy melted away when u put in your mouth! ) and lastly a steamed tilapia… (Finally got to eat steam + fresh fish...i almost cry….hahaha) I finished most of the fish, and as usual… im the MPPJ of everything… This restaurant might not be a good restaurant in Malaysia or Asia, but I would definitely said that it was the best and most authentic Chinese food that I tried in all over America, perhaps there are some good restaurant in New York, but I definitely recommend this one which in Kansas City! We all had a really blast time that night, especially me! I felt so warm when I heard teochew again…haha its kinda sad I seldom heard people talking in Teochew or Hokkien here… all I speak in this 2 years are Chinese English Malay Cantonese and maybe Korean… that day when I called back and talk to my grandma, I barely can speak but I can understand well… I feel so guilty! Especially when I tried to talk but my mind keep interpreting me to speak Cantonese to her….>< anyway, congratulation to her brother that getting married soon with a viet girl! She looks so kind!
That night, I think was the first night I slept for fully 6 hours without waking up in the middle of night, its feel satisfaction sleep after you had a great meal! Haha… I know its not good, but I didn’t have this kind of feeling in US but this, this meal really make me wanna go back Malaysia again!!! Hahaha…

We arrived at Wichita finally, and we stayed here for 2 more days for one of my friends, he is going back to Malaysia so he has enough time to say goodbye to all his friends at Wichita. Oh ya, some interesting fact before arrived at Wichita, it was more than 13 hours suffered sitting in the full-of- stuffs car. I was kinda surprise and happy cuz 2 of long time no chat friend called me..haha..and funny is, after talked to Yanru , Cindy called me like minutes later..Sounds like pakat but actually they never met each other.. Before started the road, I webcam with Jia En, wow.. Didn’t see her for so long already..Didn’t meet her even back to Malaysia that time, she was not in town I guess.. Anyway, still the same face and trademark! Hahaha.. Had a great chat with her…
We back to Malaysia Café one more time, since that is just the only Malaysian restaurant.. this time I order mee goring mamak.. umm, taste was just fine, not the same but still dielicious though..haha If not mistaken, I had all the leftover dinner for breakfast the next morning.. the food was huge!! We also tried a restaurant that one of Malaysian friends that is working there, it was a Japanese restaurant and we had a good feast! My second legal drink, Blue Hawaii!! I think Zil asked the bar tender to add more alcohol in our drink, cuz its was too strong, everyone felt little buzz after that..haha
That night, we went to the strip club in Wichita, don’t get me wrong!! It’s the attraction in Wichita, and 18 and above is allow getting in ONLY on Sunday night. After got there I understand why they say have to go (although is kinda pricy compare to the club in Dallas..Its 20 dollars just for entrance! ) There is a Viet strip used to be gymnastic, she did a great performance at the steel post, it was just awesome, you won’t believe what she can do! However, strip club is a devil place! Everyone smoking, drinking and WATCHING.. And I don’t think will go there again.. SICK OF IT!!

day at wichita

After more than 22 hours of driving from Miami back to Wichita, we finally got a day off from travelling. My friend had some problems with his own car so we wikk stay here for about 2 days before heading back to Minnesota. Wichita is a place full of Malaysians student, but I didnt have the mood, or should say lazy to meet up. Like today, it was the first time I spent most of the time in the hotel room and just on the net. I had missed a lot of stuffs since I travelled and today was the day for me to catch up. I was trying so hard to get a room at Buffalo, called tons of numbers already but most of them do not willing to rent the room out for me, because they prefer those who can meet face by face and sign the contract.

As for my case, how can I meet them on person if I still at Minnesota or Wichita?!!
that is impossible to fly there and sign a contract and fly back, the only way i can do is just try to get someone who willing to trust me and hold the room for me until I fly to New York on 8.8.08. ( Nice date huh?? purposely picked that day,hahaha.. )

Its understandable why they not willing to rent out the room for me, who will trust a stranger who just call u and said he wants the room after next month without any deposits? They also afraid I might not rent the house as I promise.. but eventually, there are 2 agents who willing to give it a try, im not sure about that yet, but atleast I still got some hope. After that, a friend that I just knew, Malay from Malaysia too, brought me to Beijing Bistro, a restaurent that serve awesome chinese food, the beijing duck is so nice...haha..and the waiter was so suprice my chinese do no have any accent..umm..speechless for that..

My daD told me recently that one of the aunty at Sekinchan is at Kansas City now, about 3 hours from Wichita, we might go through that city and meet her if everything going fine...but I dont think will meet her if we are going back earlier...

I got a great news after watched the movie, 'get smart' when i got back to my hotel again, one of my friend at Minnesota suddently texted me that he will do master at New York, some more at my place too!!! He is finding a room at that place....it was really a good news came at the perfect time! I dont have to worry too much now, I can get 2 bedrooms with cheaper price than single bedroom. And most important, we would have more alternative ways to settle down the life in Buffalo.

Right now finally can kinda chill with the situation at New York..kekke

Miami

Well..im still in Miami, actually not really Miami, just the beaches very near here, u know.. if you wana travel smart and save lots.. live far away from the busy cities, Im in a city called Ft. Lauderdale, a beautiful place for living.. I have been here for 3 days..and went to beach for 3 days.. right now Im totally black!~ ahhaha

today is kinda special day, I bought a new phone due to my old Motorola phone marinated in the sea 2 days ago..and yup.. Motorola phone again this time.. MotoKRZR K1, pretty good deal for the contract..haha

another thing, today I basically sat at the beach for the whole day! After that feel like getting some seafood for dinner, so we went to the restaurent just opposite the beach.. there is a dish call gater tail, well..its fried alligator! So we decided to try it out..supricingly it taste yummy! Taste like chicken but better than chicken..hahha
my main dish was a sword fish with special source marinated, one thing i hate about all these burgers or sandwiches.. how can seafood taste better with them? Those buns just ruined the original flavor of seafood..so I just ate everything but not the sword fish..it just look like ikan bakar..its too wasted eat with bread..haha..and the waiter is really good, he didn't check the ID when my friend ordered Majito..well, I tried my luck for this and I got my first legally drink in US!!! Its majito some more..its just the best drink at the beach..with some mints and lemon.. what else can you expect more with majito, some seafood, live Jazz music..and looking at the sea during the dinner time? FYI.. the majito costed me 10 bucks@@ i didnt know it was so pricy..anyway..its good also la~ experience cant buy with money ;)

Orlando & Miami

We finally reach the sunshine state, Florida!!!! The first impression of this orlando city is.. omg, am I in Las vegas?! everything look so commercial.. but anyway, the hotel that we lived are pretty good strategy, 5 minutes away from Disney World, and close to lots of fun places

he hotel is kinda special looking, and I cant believe we stayed there for 5 days! yeah..actually is not long, u see, disney spent 2 days, a day for sea world, and another day for Universa Studio.

right now im in Miami, after 5 days, yaya..I promised I will try my best keep tracking for everything..but no wireless make me so hard to blogging..anyway, its feels so good enjoying the sunshine in the morning after breakfast, reading Beckham's autography at the beach with a cup of coffee..hahahha

oh ya..I tried Jet skiing for the first time in life! OMG!it was fun!!! although its kinda expensive @@ 100 bucks for an hour ><><

A day at dallas

We started to look around this big cities at 2pm, yeah.. . although I woke up at 9pm, but this time I want to fully utilize the facilities in the hotel, so I went to gym for a while, but too bad the room was not ready, so I just do whatever I can..

Basically all I can say is..DALLAS IS BIG!! Didn’t see flyovers for a long time like in Putra Jaya, but that is even higher, just like roller coaster! One thing good about dallas is there’s a big megamall like Pyramid+ Mid Valley, U hardly can see a shopping mall like this in America..seriously, if there are more Asians in the mall, I would think that I’m in Mid Valley!! Haha..

At night, we found out there is a 18 and over strip club!! Wow..never experience that before, so 4 of Us went it..and it was magnificent!!! So paiseh la.. I wana keep this blog as PG, so all I can say is they are so professional, and good looking ;) however, some of their boobs are fake..they admitted themselves..

Too bad cant take any pictures for sharing… haha

p/s: if my female friend said their boobs are nice to look but not nice to touch, same as guys too ;)

day after dallas

we went back to hotel after 2am, due to the big dallas, we still kinda lost in the middle of it, and the traffic was still busy even early in the morning,..anyway, I went to bed at 4, after chatted with people.. basically we just sit in the car now, cuz from dallas to Atlanta is like 12 hours drive, I think we gonna reach there around 2am.. Today I off from driving, that’s why I can blog now..haha.. we passed through couple states, Texas, Louisiana, Mississippi, Alabama and lastly Georgia. We will not visit Atlanta this time, cuz there is another 8 hours drive waiting for us tomorrow, we are planning to come back after from Orlando and Miami.

Dallas, day3 of the trip

Day 3 of the trip, we passed through Oklahoma City, that was actually not in our plan, our destination is Dallas, anyway.. I bet there are something to do in Oklahoma, but we just found out a big Chinatoen supermarket, and beside it has a awesome chinese restaurent, with all the roast duck and pork ;)anyway, after 4 hours from Oklahoma City, thanks to the accident that took an hour extra, we finally arrived at Dallas, lots of steak house along the interstate.. and i found out the hotel has gym and spa..i gotta go there tonight!!btw..forgot to bring my camera USB, so i can only upload the pics when i go back =(

Road trip diary!! ( Day 1)

I know i didnt update my blog for long long time....so I force myself will write the blog everyday for the trip...

Finally the road trip has came.. but it wasn’t a good start, raining cats and dogs for several hours, even though I drove passed thru 2 states, South Dakota and Iowa,and its still raining,,and this was my first time drive for long hours..its 10 hours!! No kidding!! I prepared 2 bottles of Rockstar coffee, trust me its better than any coffee, and yet im still hyper acitive until now, oh by the way, im just arrived at Wichita after 12 hours drive. Well, basically I challenged myself physically, mentally and emotionally, im glad I did ok all the way, even thou bad weather and more than 800 miles of journey, but the trip is just started..and I really looked forward for it..

So..i already passed the first challenge..whats next?

After the semester ends..should say before finals,I keep hanging out with some cool Viets and basically ended up in their community..haha...and few days ago our three cutie Gemini girls threw a party for their bday.. it was a fun fun and meaningful day, atleast I did something productive after finals.. hahaa

Yeah!! finally been here!!

Long time no see bloggy.. if didnt go to this trip, i dont think will update until now... well..basically the trip was free for International Student..and so LUCKY im the only MALAYSIAN ppl there.. :"com'on.. "

well..I guess pictures can tell the story~ besides going to Mt. Rushmore, where the famous four presidents head, we went to Crazy Horse monument too, just like the Mt. rushmore, but it would be the biggest monument in the world after completed.. and also went to Wind Cave, forth largest cave in da world! Well, typical cave for me except they have lift going back to where you came from!

Oh ya, went to badlands too.. basically it just looks like grand canyon..and I think its the most fun part for whole trip...cuz of the awesome weathar to run around and took some LAME pics..haha

recently..wah....really bad bad bad moments..everything just doesnt turn well!!!! Thought can go to Madison and Chicago to tou tou feng..well it was a good trip for me.. since got a wife to take care now.. facing a big big financial trouble now.. being single and 'married' is so damn big different!! Right now everything is not a single-person-thing..everything has to think abt her.. sigh.. dunno la.. hopefully everything will turn well..atleast get better i hope..

recently met back two long-time-no-see friends.. from Madison and Chicago.. oh ya..we rent a super new 2008 Sonata for the trip..new car is so much diff than Used car!! (duh..) Last time didnt look everything of chicago..so this time have to finish it..keke

Sigghhhh....I guess this time really was the hardest moment since I came here.. never fell that stress + depress before..Honestly I havnt really prepared and rest and plan since got back from Malaysia..until NOW!! and yet SPRING BREAK coming soon!!!

Gosh.. everyday sure have atleast 2 quizzes.. then the next week sure got a paper due, and exam.. >< !! I have been drinking coffee almost every day..every night.. I think I'd addicted now.. the best record was 5 cups a day..and more than 20 cups in 5 days.. Since after got back, I never sleep more than 7 hours, until that day back from Skiing..average just sleep for 5 hours..

LAst 10 days were the worst period in my life.. lost my pendrive (although Im pretty sure I brought it with me!! then coldest weather in these few months,-40F.. then did superbadly in test..(yea..superbad means failed! ) then relationships suddently like the stock market in Msia.. going down so SMOOTHLY ><

anyway...after the skiing trip.. and did something that my friend said could 花钱消灾, my life yday and today was changing back.. u have no idea how bad luck was I.. I was so glad if my life just going normal..just normal day I 谢天谢地 already..

Finally have the time to blog for things happened in CNY..its almost been a week, what to do, everyday so busy about exams, and election is coming soon, although is none of my business, but when everyone discuss about it, sure wana pat abit la..

For Chinese new year, We..the Malaysians had a portluck CNY eve at Fargo, as usual, everyone will make something out.. I feel so lucky to have them, cuz everyone is good cook!! Its really hard to say who cook the best, so everyone have to improve their cooking skills.. I was so busy for exam recently, and I really got some new dishes that can try to cook, but it will just take me for years. So I decided to cook bak kut tee again, even thou they tried before. However, this time I changed a little bit, I didn’t use pork as like usual pak kut tee, I used deer meat Instead! So I just called it ‘lu’ kut tee!! ^^

I got the meat from my roommate, who’s family went hunting last month..and tell you! The meat is so yummy..like beef, but you can feel the texture is different..
Anyway, we really had a fun night, I finally got the chance to wear the Chinese TangZhuang for CNY!! (bought in Msia..lol) We took a lot of pictures, know some new friends (quite pretty~) and most importantly, we waited until 12am to count down..and of course yam sheng!!!!!

The next day, first day of CNY…keep busying for school work until 4pm, then quickly go back home and get changed, because I need to get back to school again, for our Chinese Club CNY party..this time so many people came to visit.. Im so glad can meet my Japanese sister, Moe!!
She used to be exchange student in my first sem and she got back last summer, right now she back to this place for vacation! Its almost a year didn’t see her.. now I really miss the friends that I met in my first sem..too bad they all gone.><

Anyway..it was the worst party ever I think! Not enough food nor drinks for all the people, the food just for about 80 people, but more than 200 people showed up!! Gosh.. it was embarrassing! I was helping them to get food, and I didn’t get the free food also!! The performance, come on..its Chinese new year! What for ask some American kids performing tae kwan doo.. (faint*) and some really lame activities..
But there was 3 chinese girl sand Jay’s qin hua chi! ^^ muahaha… Jay spirit in Moorhead!!! Oh ya.. I got my first angpao in 2 years!!!! So touching T-T

Well..I told myself have to get back around 8pm, but I got home at 9p, helped them cleaned up the mess.. and I have test the next morning, so I made a jug of coffee, and it company me until 4am..then go to class at 9..

Same for the weekand, although no school, but still busy for exam..so scare abt it.. especially Molecular Biology!!..I really try to understand..but I think it just too advance for me..
Another 3am sleep time for me today, already third day for 4-hours sleep @@
And still..I know I gonna fail the test today, just after the test.. For the first time in my life so confident that I will fail in this test ..it sounds pathetic ,doesn’t it?

Anyway, its time for me to get some rest this 2 days.. cuz I know my hard days will come again. Overall, this Chinese New Year I had fun, full of happiness although not in the right time..but I feel that my spring moment will come soon!

watch few minutes of AMERICAN football superbowl ( kinda like world cup final) This was the first time enjoying football, although just for the very last few minutes.. when NY Giant touched down for the last few minutes and won the season!! Poor New England Patriots..won all the game in the season and in the playoff..but too bad.. lost the last game..the most important game some more.. got one player damn yeng la.. Eli Manning!! ( No.10) girls like him..guys wanna be him ( like C.Ronaldo?? ) muahaha.. anyway.. having a cup of wine and watching football with some friends is not a bad idea to enjoy the rest of the day~

Finally..my ah sou/お姉さん was back from Korea, exchange student ma... then my bro, who is Taiwanese-American, decided to have this party on their anniversary day.. a very special day for them and the football fans, cuz its the same moment with SUPERBOWL!!

anyway, we all had a nice portluck party..everyone cooked something that special.. Well.. Seriously..all the food were so damn good..no matter Malaysian..Korean..Japanese or even American foods.. everything was awesome! Well.. the portluck here is kinda pressure sometimes.. cuz everyone cook pretty well, so U have to cook DAMN DELICIOUS only can become best of the best..
For this i hv been trying hard man.. from bak kut teh till pan mee... from mapo tofu till curry fish.. from steak to even salmon stir-fry with Msian source.. Luckily my tofu last night pretty popular.. it was gone within half an hour... maybe it was the only really really spicy food among the rest..

ANYWAY.. it was a real fun time even thou I have test on the next day.. but still I didnt see Ai ( My ah Sou..) for almost a year..and didnt See Ming so much as well..
They will move to Miami after summer..so sad.. now everyone is leaving.. I wana leave also la! aiyo.. getting tired of this place.. luckily today is snowing..
p/s: I like snowing, but not snow.. cuz atleast snowing wont be that cold, but then..after that u can see dirty snow all over the place and eventually u skating all the time instead walking..

人生充满各种矛盾，如何以平常心，又能做出皆大欢喜的决定，是门深奥的学问，近来从一位朋友得知在美国还能找回初恋~羽球
看来我不适合做人生的投资，几乎做什么都注定失败，小时候，人生只有羽球，但有一天踢了球后，开始迷恋上了，当时还以为只是暂时性，没想到，10年过了，人生的一半都和足球度过。。从那时起，打羽球的机会少只有少。。

现在呢，球体不成了，如果再踢多几场正赛，恐怕连走路都不行了，但至少，我已经证明给那些至以为是的马来人，华人也可以踢球！还有几个荣誉，不管中学还是大学，我都已经证明自己的实力，当初在美国的五人冠军，之后被选进校队。。由这些回忆，应该是没遗憾了，所以现在我正式退出足球江湖从新以一个新人进羽球圈。。。
希望这次的投资是对的。。

08~思恋是一种病

08 年，从两年就觉得会是个蛮不错，满期待的一年，但第一个月差不多要过玩了，还是停留在07的霉，心里还没调整好，我到底怎么了，忽然发觉我已不是我

我看来是属于那种，一旦习惯了一个地方，某种生活作息，就觉得生活没意义了，没那么充实了。。有时变得散漫。。可能是从小到大搬家，换小学，转中学，甚至读大学也尝试过其他学校。。
想当年一来到这里人生地不熟，每天忙东忙西，感觉很充实，态度也不同。。这样的经验，会觉得朋友感觉很多，知心的没几个，但从另一个角度想，分离，能让你看清世上的真真假假，谁才是朋友。。

如果有机会，我会转到美国其它城市，但也要看缘分。。不过我直觉告诉我，我不会呆在这个冷地方太久！

我因太习惯美国了，就连回马来西亚，刚开始真的以游客身份回去！好多东西感觉即陌生，又熟悉，好像见会初恋情人。。哈哈但。。回的时候，又很舍不得，但知道是要回到另一个世界了！好怀念。。

像我这种不断要尝试新生活的人，感情上。。。无语！好听的话，给人说桃花运强，不好听的就是花花公子。。但我从来都不是！只有真心付出过的人，流过泪的眼睛看得更清楚..毕竟曾经为了一个人，宁放弃好多友情，只为了能安她一心，也不想让她感觉我回去鬼混。。精打细算的我，会做这样的投资，因为觉得是值得的
但，这个投资还是注定失败，赔了夫人又折兵。。可能是报应？不知道。。。不过，碎了那么大一胶，要再来应该没那么容易了。。。

看来我是生病了。。

Korea Club 办了一个小小的 sports night，本以为有篮球可以打，谁知去了那儿，说要玩气球游戏，体育室里还有那么人打球或踢球。。没办法，只有和他们无语的玩了这个游戏。。
不到一会儿，其他人开始觉得:"好像蛮幼稚的" 其他人看着我们这班20多岁的成年人玩那么cool的游戏。。但惊讶的是，全部人说想踢球，连女孩也是！！那好吧。。踢球更好。。
说真的。。看女孩踢球蛮可爱..哈哈哈！！午餐时不应该吃那么辣的麻婆豆腐，害得我肚子辣得要命，虽然进了三粒，而且我带领的队赢了比赛，但错过了也蛮多粒好球。。
晚上时，家里又有party..真是开始闷了。。每个星期都要party..好像没party 会死似的。。虽然是说室友的生日快到了，也不需要庆祝三天三夜吗！没开玩笑, 昨晚在家庆祝，今晚去一家酒店庆祝，幸好功课多，有理由不去，不过感觉有点不好意识，有点不给脸。。哈哈
上个星期，竟然有两个人喝醉了，一个不认识的还要谁在我床上，美女还好，又不是也。。><
之后还要照顾这些嘉宾到凌晨5点，拜托，又不是我朋友。。全部都是室友的朋友，他们呢？ 1个醉了， 1 个装醉，和一个男人睡了，另一个陪男友了...
昨晚，室友又再醉，进了洗手间好久，最后我们还要踢破门扶她起来，正是的！！门坏了，整间家唯一的厕所。。幸好今晚上可以安安静静霸完整间家，全部人去酒店睡了，一个人在两层楼的房子正好！！ ^^ 好久没一个人的感觉了!!

老蔡的兒子阿彬回來度假了，我們約了一塊說給他洗塵。老蔡說，他回來朋友相約沒停過夜宴，在家吃飯都數不上五根手指，什麼塵都讓朋友洗乾淨了。
我們去到他家，跑出一個小帥哥來，還得他父母說我們才認出是阿彬。哎呀，士別一年而已，完全兩個樣了。他走之前，還有那個孩子樣，現在在街上看到恐怕都認不出了。我笑他牛扒吃多啦，終於發育成大人了！“喝過那條（洋）水，真的不一樣了。”老牛笑他。站在一起他比父親高出一個頭，長高長壯也長帥了。
“他以前就是太瘦了一點，”秀美說︰“現在食量驚人！”當夜我們喊減肥的女人都把飯撥給他，只見小山似的一碟飯，他神情自若解決掉，他媽還說︰“其實他剛才吃過一碗麵呢。”
“有女朋友了嗎？”我這從小看著他長大的安娣，毫無芥蒂就問出口了。小帥哥面帶靦腆的說︰“這是個比較復雜的問題。”老牛看不眼就出聲幫腔︰“哎呀，安娣，留給人一點私人空間好不好！”噢，安娣就是太得意忘形了。
聊起來，他的大學其實離開大丫頭的地方，大概是兩三個小時車程的距離而已。他說得空時可以去找她，跟我們要了她的網址聯絡。想起當年我們同車北上吉打找老友慈發，兩個小家伙一路就為著一個小包包“好看”、“不好看”抬扛個不息，氣得大人一人一邊把他們挪開。
那時多大？小學還未上呢。好像才轉個眼，如今兩人都分別沿著父母的老路飛出去了。想不認老還須認也，真有紅顏彈指老，可憐白髮新之感。所以說，像吾等這類無甚作為成就的人，歲月只如水過鴨背，還真的需要孩子把蛛絲馬跡輕輕挽住了，證實到底沒白活過那麼一趟。
老蔡的一個姑姑什麼的罵他，怎麼孩子出國也沒通知一聲。他笑，奇怪哪她怎麼又會知道？她說看到我寫的。哈，我們兩家的關系，就是如此亦親亦友又從旁穿鑿附會多一群親朋好友（連去到廣州都跑來他的堂佷兒招待），也真夠瞎熱鬧了。
走過的路、路上遇到的人，畢竟像雨後的虹，去後無可尋溯。但只有親朋好友，卻是人生記憶的憑據。

阿彬變成個小帥哥，除了吃壯了，衣著打扮發型的改變也極有影響。他媽媽就虧他︰“剪個30美元的頭髮哩！我們在美國住了那麼久，一分錢都沒花在這上頭。”他爸老蔡也接口︰“我們頭髮長了，不都是隨便哪個室友得空拿起剪刀就開剪了，哪裡用錢。”
我也乘熱鬧加多一腳︰“對呀，我以前的頭髮都長到過屁股。不是扮氣質，是沒錢剪髮咧。”阿彬被我們人多勢眾“唱”得難於較架，只好傻笑。老牛看不過眼，做好人的站到他那邊說︰“你們，你們，嗯，時代不一樣了嘛，你們這些安哥安娣，就是不肯跟著時代轉。”
“就那麼一次吧了。那家伙還說，剪頭髮不光是把頭髮剪短那麼簡單，他那是賣藝術雲雲。後來我都沒去了，找到一家才7塊錢的。”阿彬笑眯眯的說。
看，雖然隔洋隔海，現代父母都未必鞭長莫及，別說剪個頭髮，一舉一動恐怕也難隱瞞也。阿彬每週固定都會打兩次電話回家匯報，與父母的交流可能比住同一個屋檐下時還來得勤。當然是因為距離遠了，關系更密切。以前反正天天都見著面，許多事都懶得交代。離家了，學習到長大也知道責任心了。
他問起大丫頭的情況，對呀，我們每天都在線上聊天，在澳門那幾天因為沒有網絡供應，留言也沒回應，急得她以為出了什麼事。“就是嘛，叫你們買部電腦又不要，多方便！”阿彬怪起父母說。
哎，說到這點方便，倒是笑話一籮筐。那大丫頭把一塊豬肉解凍了，不知要怎麼弄，嘟嘟，就在網上呼叫了。“做叉燒吧，既簡單又好味。”於是長線的網上授課“烹飪101”，還不必擔心電話費哩。
試過一次他爹在不懂越南還是柬埔寨，大概在忙著工作，雖在線上也沒理會我們母女對話，最後禁不住揶揄的搭上一句︰“怎樣？上著烹飪課？”哈。
全世界都在說著地球村，那似乎與我這落後師奶沒半點切身關系。可是，那一分鐘，我才真正感覺到這股洪流。我們一家分別在不同的時空和地點，卻能毫無隔膜的親密話家常，那種奇妙的感覺，說實在的，尚若你沒有與家人相熬分隔兩地的苦，那種感動，說出來你大概也不懂。
離別把我們的世界變大了，科技卻又讓地球縮小了。

Actually all of us, I mean..all the Malaysian wanna just get some Indian buffet, since we all (except me) didnt have Indian food for a long long time.. that is a great Indian retaurent, but of course the food not exactly the same as Msian's Indian food..after that, we need to take the bus back, have to stop at a mall's bus stop, and that time was MEGA winter sales!! Got a nice shoes that I like it so much.. u know.. when u see something..u will know :" this is it!!" feeling keke, kinda rare I got that feeling for the shoes, maybe too frustrated for finding the shoes in Msia.. the most important is..its so cheap!! Just 10 bucks.. 50% cheaper than at Msian..^^
I also got some lotions for those ladies in my family and friends...finaly worth to wait it.. 6 bottles for 20 bucks!
Hopefully my friends can help me bring back so everyone can get it~ (Just girls..keke)
2 days ago, got the chance to get another school's ID..so next time can get in more easily d..for the parties and stuff ^^

回来这里，感觉无聊死了！没什么心情读书，现在又没工作。。烦死了！虽然父母说不必作，但还是觉得自己赚的钱，花起来也比较有成就感。。刚看完港剧的 “律政新人王Ⅱ” 终结有一个，最爱的人，或许不是和你携手一辈子的人;和你终身的人，或许就是你预想不到的人..
明天回去打羽球！！让他们知道马来西亚人的厉害！！！ ^^ 之后会大家聚在一起，吃喝玩乐！ Monday 放假嘛。。

Well.. I think I need to use a post to thank everyone that helped me during my 20 days at Malaysia..

MY DAD- Indeed, He really helped me the most..to get al the stuffs that I needed..Even before I went back to Msia, he tried to send me a DIGI sim card..in fact i just got it today.. I saved a lot of time from thinking what and where should I get all the stuffs that needed in US. Besides that, he is a real good tour guide for my friends who never been to Sekinchan, without him I dont thiknk we can get in to our Mango farm..the paddy factory and the most important thing, get cheaper seafoods!!

MY MuM- Same play role as my dad, helped me to get the stuffs that I want, and cooked some dishes..kekek..

Wey Yew- This dude! Really cant say anything more..he almost teman me for 20 days, expcept for couple days he went to Christmas Island. He brought me here and there, we did so much crazy and stupid things, listen to my nonsense.. and I can try back so many food also because of him. Even till now, he helped me edited this blog, that I had trouble for this few days.. once again THANK YOU PAPA! WE always love u~

Wan Xin- Another good ah Mui that cant be found again in this world, too bad her school restart a week before I left..if not we might do more crazy stuffs together! The best part that I cant forget is when yew and I went to her house, We saw a dog was got into a person's car in front of her house.. that was classic!! Oh ya, cant forget abt Kian Soon if mentioning abt my dear ah mui..lol

Eng Thong- SO Touching cuz he appeared at the airport, picked me up and also sent me back to US..T-T We also yamcha quite a few times, of course with Ah Sou.. and the best part, I think is the footsal!!

青花瓷讲解

首先跟親愛的網友們分享此次填寫杰倫新專輯裡這首「青花瓷」的創作過程。前一陣子我認識了幾個鑑賞古董藝術的朋友，在與他們時而青銅、時而宋瓷、時而明清家具等橫跨千年談古論今的聊天中，觸發我想用那些傳世的國之瑰寶來當歌名的動機。當時第一個想到的便是青銅器，以殷商時期開始鑄造的青銅器來做為詞曲名，用青銅的厚實象徵愛情的堅真；以千年斑駁的銅鏽來比喻世事的滄桑；以器皿上難解的銘文來闡述誓言的神秘。但才剛開始落筆時便發現杰倫這首「青花瓷」的曲調溫柔委婉、淡雅脫俗，以至於我腦海中浮現的全是煙雨江南的畫面。又因當時的青銅器也同時製作成殺敵的兵器，這使得「青銅器」這三個字看來太過厚重不夠輕盈，充滿廝殺的硝煙味，於是尚在構思中的歌詞還未落筆便已放棄。

後來我再次選定宋朝時曾盛極一時的「汝窯」為歌名，主要原因是為它舉世無雙的珍稀度所震撼。因為戰亂的關係，與釉料配方跟燒製過程會窯變等因素，全世界現所傳世的汝窯珍品竟只有70餘件，堪稱國之瑰寶，彌足珍貴。但問題又來了，因為純正上品的汝窯，只有一種顏色，就是「天青色」，完全沒有任何花俏的紋飾，而且造型簡單素雅，在我看來猶如現今極簡主義大師的作品，雖有一種樸素的內涵，與經久耐看的質感，但總覺得不足以形容詭譎多變，愛恨兼具的愛情。雖然最後還是沒能用汝窯當歌詞名，但我在收集寫作資料的過程中，卻因為一句「雨過天青雲破處，這般顏色做將來。」的詞句，觸發我靈感而寫下副歌的第一句「天青色等煙雨」。「雨過天青雲破處」此話據傳語出宋徽宗，因當時的汝窯專供宋皇室使用，而窯官將汝窯瓷燒製完成後，請示宋徽宗為其色定名時，徽宗御批：「雨過天青雲破處，這般顏色做將來。」此後，天青色即為汝窯瓷欽定的顏色名。(此句另有一說為五代後周柴世宗所說)但後來我還是放棄用汝窯當歌名，除了因為它的特性不適用於纏綿誹側的愛情外，汝窯的名字也稍嫌不夠淒美。幾經轉折，最終歌名才確定用初燒於唐代至今已綿延一千多年為中國早期最具代表性的外銷藝術品 ─「青花瓷」。

當初當我確定了「天青色等煙雨」的歌詞後，沒多久就又順手寫下副歌第二句「而我在等妳」，於是副歌第一行的關鍵詞即孕育而出：「天青色等煙雨，而我在等妳」。因我歌詞裡所描述的天青色，是無法自己出現的，它必須耐心的等待一場不知何時會降臨的雨，才能夠在積雲散去的朗朗晴空以天青的顏色出現。因為雨過天晴後才會出現天青色，故必先降雨才能有天青，但我倒過來說，天青色在期待著雨天的來臨。還有，之所以用「煙雨」，而不用「降雨」，則純粹是因為煙雨的意境比較美。而我用「天青色等煙雨」此句來對仗較為白話的下一句「而我在等妳」，一連用了二個“等”字，是為來強調愛情裡最無力的無奈就是「等待」。換個散文式的說法就是：「這天氣的變幻莫測，那裡是我們平凡人所能掌握的呢？想看到純淨被雨洗滌過的天青色，就只能耐心的等待雨停，就如同我也只能被動而安靜的等待著不知何時才會出現的妳。」這首青花瓷裡還出現「芭蕉」這個歌詞裡較不常出現的草本植物，實在是因為個人對「芭蕉」這款植物情有獨鍾莫名熱愛。就像椰子樹會讓人聯想南台灣，棕櫚樹等同於熱情的海灘，仙人掌的場景則理所當然在沙漠一樣，不知怎地，對於「芭蕉」，我就自然而然的會聯想起宋詞中煙雨江南裡的蘇州林園。如李煜的長相思裡就有「…秋風多，雨相和，簾外芭蕉三兩棵，夜長人奈何。」其實你只要仔細觀察宋詞裡常出現的植物，「芭蕉」出現的頻率還頗高。另外日本著名的俳句詩人松尾芭蕉，也是取芭蕉為自己的別名，這又讓芭蕉這植物增添些文人氣質。 '

還有順帶一提的是“惹”這個字在歌詞中的用法，是我從六祖慧能那句著名的揭語：「菩提本無樹，明鏡亦非台；本來無一物，何處惹塵埃」中得到的體會。因為「何處惹塵埃」其實也可寫成「何處“沾”塵埃」，或「何處“染”塵埃」，但因為沾與染的語意都沒有“惹”來的強烈，沾與染只是一種與他物接觸的用詞，但“惹”字卻有不請自來的招惹之意，主動性很強，比較具侵略與戲劇性。也因此，我用「門環惹銅綠」，而不用「門環染銅綠」；還有下一句歌詞我也是用「而我路過那江南小鎮“惹了”妳」，也不用「而我路過那江南小鎮“遇見”妳」是同樣的道理。其實在「南拳媽媽」的《花恋蝶》中我就已經用了“惹”這個字來描述我欲達到的意境，在第一段歌詞裡「幽幽歲月、浮生來回、屏風惹夕陽斜...」，我用「屏風“惹”夕陽斜」來表示黃昏時因屏風的阻擋致使照進屋內的光線傾斜，而不用較能讓人望文生義的「屏風“遮”夕陽斜」。

最後，關於「簾外芭蕉惹驟雨門環惹銅綠」的詞意，在此容我再累字贅語的解釋如下；一場大雨後滿園的翠綠，空氣裡充滿濕潤的水氣，芭蕉葉上滾動著晶瑩的雨滴，此時此景，最是詩意；還有那歷經朝代更迭，飽受歲月風霜後，依舊鑲嵌在門板上只是多了些鏽蝕斑駁的銅環，最富古意。我先用「簾外芭蕉惹驟雨門環惹銅綠」這段文言詞句以景入情，然後再承接較為白話的下一段「而我路過那江南小鎮惹了妳」以為對仗。因芭蕉與門環都是靜態的實物，只能被動的等驟雨，等歲月侵蝕後慢慢氧化的銅綠；但人稱代名詞的“我”卻跟芭蕉與門環不一樣，因為“我”是可以自由移動的，於是我偶然經過江南小鎮邂逅“惹了”妳，並不是被動的等妳，而是主動的去認識妳。所以雖然同樣都是用動詞的“惹”，但其主動與被動性卻迥然不同，而且在這段詞裡我一連用了三個“惹”字，字義相同，用法卻不同，饒富趣味。總之這首歌寫的頗為辛苦，常字字斟酌，句句推敲，通篇詞句真的幾乎快達到「增一分則太肥，減一分則太瘦」的境界，但如此卻也很有成就感。下次如有時間再將此篇「青花瓷」詞改寫成散文式的文章與大家分享囉！...(笑)

Its been a while for my last post... well..another bday in USA..couple things special for this year bday.. got 3 bday parties in a week for me and 2 bday cakes.. wao...what an honor!! thx so much for everyone!! The first bday cake was made by my lovely..pretty..sexy roomates!! CHEESECAKE!!!! all of us dressed so formally...-.-" and of course MUST have some wine.. Well..nothing much to do after my last final Econ class had done.. and the next day was Independent day for US..my school had a big (konon) fair for that..the weather here are so damn hot..hotter than Msia everyday ( atleast not humid la..but I got sick too..><)

So my friends and I went there abt 1pm..We tot it shud be started in the morning but there are just abt 2,3 cats in the campus ( direct translate from Chinese) but later there was a parade going on..and i think almost all the residents in nearby area has arrived!

Today is my third day in YukiHana..a Korean& Japanese restaurent here..Today is my last day for minimun pay ( 5.25 dollars) so few!!!!!! Luckily next week will raise till 6.75 dollars (still little for me) hopefully my paid will raise before I travel to LA. for sure will raise, my target is 8 dollars!!

Damn 'du lan' just now..spoilt my mood whole day because of that job. I am doing damn great so far ( not my comment, my co-workers said d..even the boss,that's y my salery are jumping every week..) but the main chef not satisfied with me always. He's an old korean guy..can be my grandpa d..and he doesnt know how to speak English...so we use hand language all the time.. ( remind me abt my grandma with the maid..muahaha)

It is ok if the business is not busy...but when arrive at the peak hour, he will start getting mad and I will be the scapegoat..(what to do..new fish ><) this afternoon when a guy in sushi bar asked me to cook some tempura..( no one tell me that tempura for sushi is diffrent) so I was using normal cooking style for that..and he was so pissed..WTH >< i was so innocent!!

Luckily my sister in law ( hehe..p/s: my brother's fiancee) say to him :" give him a break! This is just the third day!" ( So touching that moment..T-T)

anyway..feel so much better after my LA friend called me just now..h^^

hahaha!! this was a special week for me@!!@ First.. I met some MALAYSIAN HERE!!!

finally..after 1 semester being here..well, actually they came earlier than me..but they are from diffrent U, so we do not know each other until recently thru a friend. They are from..let me see, 2 from KL, 2 from Sabah and 1 from Pinang. HAHAHA...feel like so many Malaysian here..

Anyway..I felt kind of 'weird' when listening their conversation. "Eat liao la?" Yesterday we had some small food party,means everyone will cook a dish and bring to my small basement and eat!! Well..all the foods were fabulous! Especially Kimchi and dunno-what-the-name Korean rice,I prepared O reo pudding,it was freaking easy..shh.. all of us have a good time I think.. BUT my sink wasnt functioned at all yesterday!! As the result, everyone has to wash the dishes in the bathroom..(paiseh..)

Wao!! I cant belief I have done my semester today!! I have 2 finals but I think I did pretty well on those..HOWEVER.. I dont think I can get a good grade for the subjs expecially like BIO and CHEm.. my overall for Chem is 95% so far but it doesnt mean I can get an A for CHEM!! what the hell.. Lab has pull my marks a lot!! I affraid my chem will drop to B just because of the LAB!! pls dont....

For Bio, the exams..sigh..exams were so hard.. I got B+ in the tests ( overall) but once again.. BIO lab pull down my marks!!! Group work was important in Bio lab but my group members...sigh..T-T This time I have no idea whether my final grade for Bio will be B or C..errrrggg...

Japanese Culture..The only course that I have 95% to get an A for final grade.. now waiting for the final result.. I just need to score at least 80 %.. why ?? the tests were not that hard and the Japanese professor likes me!! ^-^ lolz..

Last..ENGLISH..since I cant register for the non-native speaaker class for english( that class is easy to get A) I have to sign up for the NATIVE class.. that means study English with AMERICANS!! So, the standard is automatically high..T-T the expectation from the professor was damn high!! SO..just got B- for the final grade.. One thing that I 'gek' so much is, Everytime the professor will say: 'ISAAC!! U did a great job in the essays!! Keep up the hard work.. as the result , I always get 80% ONLY..sigh.. My highest score so far was just 85...T-T

ANYWAY.. I have done for this semester..time to RELAX!! I will go Washington DC next week.. ^^

I went to Minneapolis with friends last Friday, just after finished my only clasd..FINALLY!! I finally can got out from this kampung since I came here.. well..actually it is not bad staying here.. but you know.. live in city for 6 years and hang out to shopping mall regulary, it is bored to stay in this quiet place..

in minneapolis.. there's some lakes.. no beach..too bad..but it is really big... I went quite a few places even we always lost our way..lolz.. I went to Mississipi river,Wisconsin(accidentally..bcuz we lost the way..) and most important..We try some Origin Chinese and Korean foods!!

wao...school off for 5 days for this thanks giving.. well.. I should be excited for the holidays, but my trip to snowboarding has been cancelled bcuz there is no any snow!! what the hell!! Last year of this time was snowing like crazy..but now.. sigh.. the temperature is about 40F ( 10C)..some more the sun is still here.. This is not the weather in MOORHEAD!!! omg.. anyway.. yesterday went to a taiwanese friend's house.. We have a great steamboat dinenr!! ( you know..except for the fried fishchip, I didnt eat any seafoods since I've been here@!!! We have si ham,craps,beef..etc.. Of cause..my friends know how to make tempura..shasimi.. it was a great dinner@!!@ We have sake..beer..liquior.. ><

After that was Karaoke time@@!! The host has so many chinese songs!( even those are quite old) but still he has some Jay's!! lolz.. Cant believe I can sing qi li xiang in US!!!!

I finally can say that my house finally is like a house.. before that I have no TV..no player..no this and that..but now.. I finally got anything..Finally settle the house!! Touching~ But.. I cant believe the guys finished the 2 box of beer in 3 hours!! Almost 40 cans of beers while just 7 people of Us!! Mg.. average 6 cans per person..but I just drank 3 cans!! Have papers to do..cannot be drunk..

Anway, althought the movie that we watched were quite lame..(named JACKASS) but at least we did something instead of working on the papers on SATURDAY night!!

First Soccer Champion in MSUM!

Cant believe we won the match!! For the 60 minutes 6-6 indoor soccer tournament!! We won 4-1 and I scored 2 goals! In fact, I have no any confidents at all before the match..I just hope that I can play my best, because I didnt play well at all for the pre-match!

P/S: Just trust yourself,thinking someone or something can cheer you up..You still can do it with 0% confidents..AFter that..you will not only have all glories,you have the confident back.

Wao..Cant believe today is snowing!!! Maybe this is the gift from god to October boy..lolz
We just hae 2 days of snowing in October,and then will have snowing again in winter.. Now is still in AUtumn!!!!!
And then..when I have dinner yesterday..there's a stall showed " MALAYSIAN CHICKEN RICE!" I was totally stunned!!! What?!!! Malaysian Chicken Rice!!! When I approached there.. what the heck..the colour was so...bluek!!!
Its taste was not that good..its was curry..not what chicken rice..this should be called US chicken Rice.. My friends tot this is what I ate in Msia if I didnt explain to them!!! SO memalukan chicken rice in Msia!!

Today was not a BORING Saturday like USUAL!! I woke up at 10am!! ( Long time didnt sleep so well..) after cook my own breakfast+ lunch, than went to library and did some homework..
But..as you know..I just finished my exam yesterday..kinda no mood to do..so 2 hours later when I intent to go back home..I noticed these 2 days weather were so loveable!! NO COLD AT ALL!! The wind was so cooly...what a comfortable day..how good if everyday being like that.. I met my Italian and Japanese friends under the tree..so I just approached them..I sleept on the grass..and we chat almost 1 1/2 hours!!

During our dinner time..we talked about trip to Minneapolis during fall break+for my birthday!!
At night..I went shopping mall with some friends..all guys! My American friend has a car and we just hang around..then I went back Library again..this time..I played chinese chess with my Korean friend,I lost..because I didnt pay much concentration on that..I keep thinking about the Bio result that I got..just need 2 more points to get an A..ERGGG!!!! Damn! NVm..actually I didnt expect to get so high marks...^-^

I started back my hw about 11.30pm, after chatting with Wenn Zin by using Skype!! So.. all my friends,please esetup skype so we can talk next time FOR FREE!!!!

Im still in Library now..the clock shows 1.19AM, Sunday!

Wao..and she likes Bak Kut Teh!! I cant believe that..she keep asking me cook Bak KutTeh for her..haiyo..when I go back to Klang first la..

Oh ya..a Bio lecturer who is from Nortish Island, he is one of the best lecture in US...and he is also a super ARSENAL fans!! mg.. I enjoyed his class very well..he is so funny..and his British's engish is easy to understand..BUT!! i dont like when he is talking abt his ARSENAL!! Can u imagine he mentioned that more than 3 times for the games that ARSENAL play and critised MU..wth.. I should wear my MU shirt that day!! Chinese society had MoonCake festival today!! Cant believe abo0ut this leh.. Of cause.. we have some chinese foods here..like real CHINESE FRIED RICE..chinese noodles..won ton..xiao long bao..and chinese tea..The fod really 100% chinese food..I enjoy them alot and I go them for n rounds...Before the festival had started, I've been asked to bring some chinese songs, of cause, I brought all the Jay album there..First steps to promote Jay!! Of cause, we have our main character--MoonCake!! hahaha..I brought some back.. because this stuff is so precious here..even the teacher said she order them online from California..and they were so expensive.. I glad I met some chinese friends from another school, which near here..they are from Taiwan and one from Hong Kong..so long didnt talk cantonese and my cantonese is so sucky now.. I played some mahjung games after that carnival..sien la.. always win d.. maybe Chinese are too tricky..~~ Btw, I realised that there an 'ang moh' student married a Chinese lecture..Shi shen nian man!! Actually I'll have my football tornament today,but the oppenent didnt showed up, so we have a pre-tornement match..I cant believed my football became so sucky..Even I scored 3 goals...but I missed 3 GREAT OPPORTUNITY!! the weather is freaking cold man! We had a Dance Night for the homecoming events. It was something like all MSUM students gather together and have some fun..Too bad most of the music I never heard before..except Shakira's 'Hips Dont Lie' and Linkin Park song..others like Eminem and JayZ..and THATS all!!!

Japanese Tranditional Dance

We had the most interesting Jap class today..We didnt have any lecture..We used all the time watching 'show' presented by a Jap girl..She introduced us the tranditional and modern dance.. wao.. she is so pro in dance..

I Joined soccer 5 on 5 tornament here..today is just have a practise game...THIS IS my first time playing in such a cold weather...I just felt like the longer I stayed in the field.. the colder I felt..it is more easier tired playing in such a colde weather..and I think I need to buy a boot for this tornament... I just saw ONE player can play football well..others??? sigh......... what do u expect? This is USA man!!

A meaningful day

I usually dont like Wednesday,mainly because I will have 5 hours of class,especially chemistry class which from 3.30 till 8pm. BUT TODAY IS DIFFRENT!! First,there's just 4 ppl in the Bio SI class! Its was quite suprising me,cuz usually there's more than 15 ppl come to this SI section..( a FREE tuition class for u to revising BIO) So I learned more stuffs than before.
After that, I went to the peer tutor office to submit the form...which showed how much that we tutor and we will get the paid soon!!!

Although the chemistry class is so long.but we really have fun in the class..the professor show some interesting experiment..is like some kind of magic,but its science la..and I felt the time moved so fast!

Althought I missed a Hypnosis show,they said it was sumthing like hypnosis u and ask you to do some funny stuffs...but I still Manage to the MAHJUNG night!! Yup.. MAHJUNG!!! cant believe there's mahjung here right..atr first I helped my friend and explained some of the chinese character and tell him some strategy..but I so bored after helped him to win 2 games in a row..I wana try myself..So I join in the game and I cant believe I wn all the games!! How good if the things happen during Chinese New Year!!

aFter had my dinner..I quickly rushed back to school becuz I have appointment with my Jap friend.He will teach me how to play pool.The fees here is so so cheap,even you change to Msia Currency~! I finally have a chance to learn proper way of playing pool! I did enjoyed for this hour...

I really feel that I learned so much things today!!!! Oh ya..I had break my SODOKU record!! I did it during the Chemistry lab class, before the proffesor arrived..I did it by just using 5 MINUTES!!!! Miracle!!!

sigh..temperature here drop again..seems like winter is just around the corner~ FINALLY finished all the quiz+ exam, this weeks my campus having a homecoming week.There's lots of activities going on until the weekand...this afternoon there some stalls for some of the clubs in the campus..u can get some free foods,stationary and more....but Im so shock that there was lots of FREE ORIGINAL CD there!!! anyway..I dont know all the artist..maybe they are just famous in Minnesota..but still I managed to get 7 CDz..techno..hip hop...rock..metal..etc..is free ma.. in this case Chinese cannot be kiasu wan..lol

Besides that, there was a corner for CARICATUAL.. is FREE!! So I just went there and sit down... 5 minutes later..my second Caricatual was done by an old man...he drew me like... totally not the look that I am!! After dinner,went to Building of Art to watch a show...the show that I mean is like talk show..A famous actor in state(konon), named Dave.. but he is really funny!! We all did enjoyed that!! He is really a good actor man!! The hall was totally full and still alot of students didnt managed to get inside...pity them

So cold today~~ huhhhhhh..... the sigh board stated its 7 degree CELCIUS today...and THIS IS JUST THE BEGINNING~~..mg...hopefully I can run away when christmas that time.. hopefully can go some warmer place..like Hawaii?? muahahah.. Finished my Chemistry exam today..is pretty easy...much more easier than Bio..some more I didnt study for it..muahahah..Tomorrow have japanese quiz, have to study for it..last quiz I didnt get a good result...because I totally forgot about it and I 100% focus on my biology.. I will get my phone this week..most probably will use back Nokia..( I want MOTOROLA la..!! ) anyway.. u guys still can sms me to my 012- phone..with the same rate.. sometimes Im so boring here... The phone here is so so cheap.. if you subcribe the rate plan..u just need to pay about 30 USD and can get a phone worth RM 1000 in malaysia... and after 7pm and in weekand is TOTALLY free!!! Wao...just back from the place we met! Im so lucky today..I won a MSUM shirt in a lucky draw!! There's just 3 prizes there and I cant believe I won it!! I think the shirt is worth about 20 bucks..The school shirt here is so so expensive,because it got the school name there,is consider a 'brand'...hehehe..Maybe god saw me wasted so much money in food and he pity me...

Finished BIO test!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Hahahaha....So glad the time has came.Finally...I finished my Bio test..this is the only test I concern the most.Why ?? Japanese quiz, U just have to read the quiz checklist and U can get a good mark. Chemistry?? The lecturer so sucky, now only teach until convertion mol and the exam is more than that.He is like always talking to himself...nevermind,atleast I went thru all the pass year question already.JUST THE BIO!! Everyday study like hell and the proffesor said the test will be pretty hard.I went all the test review class in this weeks( there's 4 classes every week)

The test is pretty hard indeed..but I think I wont 'die' so serious...the american here are so 'yeng'...I dunno how they can finish 75 questions in 30 minutes and without checking anything.. like so comfident..before the test end,just left less than 10 students inside..mostly Asian.. (Maybe all of Us KIASU..^-^)
I can get the result 8 hours later..(so fast?!!!) NONO..I think I will see the result tomorrow..
I wanna go gym and play basketball today!! I have to build up and I still need to eat more.

Sigh..all exams or quizzes come together this week..Cell Bio..Gen Chem..Japanese Culture... and I gotta buy a cellphone...do my social security...tutor...Waliao..NO TIME LEFT and Im so so tired!

So many bio notes havnt memories...the professor said that the exam will be pretty hard..><

and for the stupid chemistry..the lecturer just taught for the first chapter and the exam is until the third chapter..Waliao..Even all the stuffs studied before,but still have to read right..sob..

have to go now,my tutee is waiting for me.
